    He had him and prime boogie. They couldn’t cut it. Guards run this league. Warriors bigs have been a turnstile of vet minimum type players (outside of draymond) and they’ve gotten it done with the best backcourt in basketball. Especially with kawhi on the clips, lakers are a non threat. 6 seed at best.

    A lineup of Kahwi, Pg13, Bev, and Montrezl is going to be so rabid and relentless teams will need pest control on speed dial. insert a shooter like Shamet or Lou? good night..

    They are currently a bit undersized in the middle but that will get fixed. With Doc Rivers at the helm, if healthy, they are the team to beat imho

    Clips will be strong defensively, but we still have the better rotation...
    This still isn't a tougher threat than what the Warriors were... We still have multiple matchup advantages.

    I say clippers look about even to the Rockets on paper. I can see Clippers looking better if CP3 plays totally washed up.

    I would say no. If Harden was absent for 30 games, you would see the team drop like a stone.

    Kawhi can carry the team when PG is injured, vice versa.

    Injuries occur when one's getting older, more frequently.

    Clippers are about to lock Harden in a cage. Every switch they do will be onto an all-nba defender.

    Cp3 will be too old by then to even take over.

    Season doesn't mean anything so screw who is injured then. In a playoff series who is running the show at point for them? Their defense will be great but I'm not just going to ignore their weaknesses either.

    i feel like i took crazy pills because ppl here actually think like this.. just like during last season and what happened in the playoffs? we went nowhere even with an injured KD.

    KD missed one game against us.. You do know the Raps struggled with them and he basically missed the whole series... Also Klay got injured in 2 games

    So what is our excuse for losing this year? D'antoni? Who many here blame.

    Well, our HC isn't changing for next year so we're running it back.

    Warriors are still the Warriors this year, Klay is reported to be back by playoffs. They also added DLO, who many here underrate because they probably have never seen him played. They will still be a top team in the west and by the time the playoff rolls around, they'll still be just as deadly as they were without KD.

    I expect him to thoroughly outplay Bev... He also won't have to exert himself as much defensively like he does chasing around Curry and Klay... Clips also lack an elite playmaker.... So that's a benefit to us in a playoff series.
