We still need a 3 & D wing with length. Among other things

Just disclose the amount of money already, Tilman!!!!

Circle jerk couple threads without the most important info.

Nobody is saying Rivers and House are better than Jimmy Butler. However, it’s perfectly fine that fans are happy the Rockets now have a very solid seven-man rotation heading into the season. The added bonus is they have lost no key pieces from last year’s team.

The thing is, half of minutes, we need him to be a "stand in the corner and shoo"t guy.

Very critical piece considering CP3s health issues and as an off the bench scorer and defender. Very glad he is back.

I disagree, Very streaky shooter but he gives you great on ball defense and his first step off the dribble creates havoc on defenders. He is a great resign!

I mean I'm happy to have both back, feel like both are great value (we don't know the Rivers contract yet obviously) but I'm not going to pretend this is a perfect situation yet.

Seriously. I like Clark and Harty, but we can't bank on them playing major minutes. An injury to Capela or Tucker on this roster would be devastating.

If we can get a solid center to replace Clint, and we think that guy is good enough to not be a big downgrade, i think that trade might be worth it, we would solve the starting 3 problem and get a sixth man kind of player to replace Gordon who's expiring and imo, likely about to bolt.

As much as some people wanted to get a starting PF, keeping Rivers means he can be plugged into the constantly changing (throughout the course of a game) 1-3 gaurd rotation. He gives CP3 rests and can easily start when he isn't playing.

If we landed someone like Green, we would've been complaining all year that we don't have a competent backup for Paul.

I would've been happy to keep him for the full MLE and lose House, but maybe that is just me

When Chris Paul is injured? When we want to reduce his and Harden's minutes?

Sign Manimal now. People forget how good he was with us during the regular season.

We've ended up with both, a better outcome, in my opinion. God help us if Morey is done, though.

Absolute no brainer trade and then adding ideally Looney if still on the market.

Is Boston looking to part ways with Brown? Seems like a great up and comer to give up.

I’m still somewhat expecting a trade in the future. Guess we will see.

I wanted Butler, but having depth is huge and much needed. Would have been extremely tough to add depth to this team with Butler on it.

I’m super stoked to sign Rivers and House.
