i know you're just trolling, but i guess i'm bored. yeah, he only put the pieces around him to win 65 games and come within a hamstring injury of knocking off arguably the most talented team of all time, a team considered unfair and unbeatable. what a crappy job that was of building a team. oh, and then they took that same team to 6 in one of the closest series ever. and that was all of 2 years after dwight howard basically imploded our team and made it look like we had no hope for the future. yes, if morey had masai's amazing ability to have players respect him so much that they would tear their achilles when playing against him, then morey would be better. considering masai was on the hot seat just one year ago for getting embarrassed by lebron and his solution was pretty much the most morey solution there is (go get a superstar), they don't seem to be that different.
No team will deal with Morey due to his reputation of ripping teams off and finding gold. Now GMs would rather deal with anyone but him.
Morey has done nothing for this franchise but fail year after year. The only time he did something was got lucky and traded for Harden. Everyone gives him and pass and labels him the "smartest gm in the league" If that Harden trade and the DMO fiasco really ruined his reputation then we need a new GM, someone other free agents can trust. We need a better GM who can recruit, not give out free ipads.
I guess there are 30+ FA signed today, but Rockets got zero! If a GM cant help his team recruit good player, then why he get paid?
We are one of the biggest laughing stock of the league because of how he handled the Butler situation as it was a done deal. If it wasn't for the Knicks epic failure we would be the biggest laughing stock of the league right now.
