James Harden is becoming the most hated player in the NBA

My favorite thing about Harden (other than his plain greatness) is that he has ZERO hot dog in him.

Seriously, have any of you ever played with another player or players who dominates the ball, dribbles out the shot clock, and rarely passes? It is maddening. And boring. No fun. You run back on defense, then rinse and repeat. Very, very frustrating. You feel like you are a fan instead of a player. Motion, passing, and movement makes the game so much more fun. I honestly think that very few players want to come here.

 

And funny how he almost is always voted mvp every year as the mvp by the same very players. Dude is feared and respected

True! But Jimmys case he has to dominate and dribble the ball. Because GM can’t seem to get players that can make the right play. Have you seen Eric Gordon dribble the ball off his foot and jump to pass the. All only to get stuck in mid air and throw it away, or Clint catch the ball in the post just to miss a soft ass lay up! How about when Gerald green chaotically drives the ball in to through ups terrible mid range shot? The Gm can seem to only get these one dimensional players that make the offense stagnant. Finally he gets some that can kinda sorta create for himself, but he is a 34 year old washed player with Hanis that give out on him constantly. What other options does this team have other than for Harden to dominate the ball every position? It’s the only chance they have, unfortunately you’re right! It’s not attractive for other free agents to come here.

What I am not saying is that Harden isn't a great player, he is. What I am saying is that a motionless offense and a ball dominant player is no fun to play with. If you don't know that, you have never played the game.
