I'm not going to going to go so far as to comment on her appearance. And, credit where credit is due: she alerted me to option to vote twice for the All Stars, which I successfully did while she was talking. And I am kinda digging the idea of going to 90s night on Friday, since that's my generation for going to see the Astros as a kid. Maybe they could put a slab of concrete on the field so I could slide on it and remember the experience of running the bases in the Dome.
All I remember about him last year was his constantly neutral, disinterested look whether he did something good or bad.
Valdez is garbage. Gave up six runs in one inning against Yankees and now giving up six runs to Pirates.
I kind of expected this was coming once we played some good teams. He's been figured out again. For a while this year and last year, he mysteriously soaked up lots of innings with seemingly little effort, but he's not packing some X-factor that he can draw on to wipe guys out. And with the control issues, he gets himself into very batter-favorable situations.
Anything can happen but damn man I was really hoping to see this team go on a long winning streak. Still a lot of time left but idk
Yeah, it's why I hope they can land a pitcher soon. They dont have anyone imo to replace him. McHugh is probably done with being a starter and God forbid someone in the rotation goes dow .
