I was about to say i agree with this, until i read the guy saying "Further limiting the appeal of Gordon/Tucker are the facts that Gordon will be a free agent after next season and Tucker is 34 years old and overpaid for his production."

Wtf did i just read!? Lol

Also the guy didn't even mention in the "Why would Butler want to play in Houston...after he said he wants to win but also find a location that suits his family" part that he's from Houston/Tomball, i wonder if he doesn't know or he just forgot about that...

Yeah, it's not perfect. He also fails to mention Jimmy being from the area as a possible reason he might want to play in Houston.

You hit on what jumped out at me. I enjoyed the read, but that one comment showed that their reporter didn't follow the Rockets close enough to understand what Friar Tuck means to this team. One could also add that he doesn't understand just what Tucker could mean to the Sixers. PJ's a walking set of intangibles. He's our Mario Elie, 2019 style. He getting up there, but he still has the ability to turn up his defense when we need it the most. I don't want to lose that. He also says what he thinks and doesn't give a damn who he's saying it to. I like that.

Or the fact that we're actually in a position to win a title here with GS injured. Why is Philly have a better chance than us? They're not gonna beat whoever comes outta the west, which is going 2 be us or the Lakers (who I don't think we'll be contenders next year)

Lol, forget the West. They're not going to make it out of the East if Kawhi stays. They'd still need to contend with the Bucks also.

Good article, but the glaring omission is the fact that Houston is his home. That's got to at least be a consideration somewhere in his head.

Folks here have been talking about Jimmy Buckets for a while. Woj dropping the news nationally of HOU's interest, Rockets is the topic of the day again on the daily Sports shows... and taking some flack. The common one seems to be CP3 & Harden are combustable, why add Jimmy to the mix.
