Either Bregman has purposely focused on trying to get the ball in the air more (I know that was a big jump for him from 2017 to 2018) or something is a little off in his swing. The amount of sky-high fly balls he's hitting is insane. Luckily his plate discipline is still elite and he's hitting for real good power, but you sure would like to see him cut down on the amount of fly balls. Especially with RISP.

 

Because he is going for the long ball, swinging at high pitches, and just swinging at terrible pitches as of late

Usually I’d feel very confident in this team’s ability to still win this one. But with the way they’ve been hitting lately I can’t help but think it might be over. 2-0 fees nearly insurmountable.

 

This team isnt playing well at all.. i dont want to hear anything about injuries.

 

Time for some of these hard hit balls to start finding holes.
