    Horford opted out of his conract few days ago and they couldn't reach a deal on a new contract so i guess they're acting like he's gone at this point.

    I think Horford believes this is his last big contract and he wants to get paid, if not competing for a title. He would love a chance to get both though. I dont believe Celtics see him ass necessary.

    Nope, around 45M, a max should be in the range of 27-35M depending on the years a player has been in the league.

    You need to consider that the father wad possibly moved back and not announced. Ainge wants to move Hayward out (for Capela) and retain Horford for now. Strong possibility Horford goes to philly or Phoenix in next few days.
