    Just piecing today's headlines together, sounds like Morey wants to trade CP3 for change and give his money to Butler in FA.

    "It'll take picks to trade CP3!!!!". K, sounds like he's gonna include them.

    What headlines have you seen that give you that impression? Not doubting you here, I'm honestly asking, because the only one's I've read are the ones where Morey directly said that CP3 has not asked to be traded, and will not be traded.

    Lol, thanks. I get people are hesitant to believe some random on the forum but I wouldn’t make up stuff for the sake of it. Not a insider like I always say but I get to hang out with cool people sometimes

    I literally posted 5 days ago On another thread that butler and harden talk. They’ve been talking since trade deadline.

    Not only would those headlines be false .... it's impossible .

    Even if we trade CP3 and take back 0 salary , we still don't open enough cap space for a max .

    The ONLY way butler can come here (outside of taking a ridiculously cheap deal) is to opt in and be traded .... in which case CP3's outgoing salary is WAY too high to match .

    If Lakers can form big 3, Houston must get at least one big without losing the starters. Raptors has 5 strong positions and 4 people can score 20 plus
