There is no misconception. I have lived all over and travel almost half the year. Toronto is not 1000X better than Houston. It’s cold as ****, snow is a hassle, it is not worth the cost of living and the food isn’t very good. Nepotism is also a serious problem. If I am going to live in a northern city, Chicago and NY are far better. I used a driver in NYC.
It’s ALWAYS cold and raining. My in laws send me then snowed in picture in May lmao The cost of living, the 10% unemployment rate, layoffs.. you don’t know what you’re talking about My in laws will retire down here for a reason after they sell their overpriced home in Richmond Hill lol
My wife drove to the bus stop, then the bus to the train and the train into town. What a nightmare and Richmond Hill ain’t even that far
They not only show up to the opposing arenas in hoards, they are partying on the streets meanwhile their stadium is packed every night. Meanwhile... we cant even bother to show up on time let alone stay to the end of the game
In Communist countries like the People's Republic of Canada, they have nothing else to cheer about. According to news sources, they just eat potatoes and drink vodka all day while waiting five years to see a doctor.
LMAO you are the first person whoever mentioned the TTC as a positive even though it's a gigantic piece of garbage that every Torontonians complains about. And no Toronto winters are god damn miserable. the housing prices are not affordable unless you want to drive 2 hours to work everyday downtown. Don't get it twisted.
Yeah, I have to agree, I'm not interested in living there (NY/Chi), but visiting is cool. And from what I've seen... Food wise, Toronto is not it, at least on some scale, haha
The only thing I know about Toronto is that they used to have a mayor that was fatter than Tyler White, and he loved to smoke crack. Toronto!!!
Raptors = Canada’s basketball team I would imagine. Maybe Western Canada (Vancouver) pulls for the West Coast teams.
