    John Ireland just right now on the radio said from what's he's heard from "Broussard, Bucher, and also from other inside legitimate basketball people" that Rockets really want to trade CP3 and are looking at the Lakers. Said Rockets may let the Lakers come up with the terms of a deal not involving any of the young core. Said Lakers may actually do it and trade for CP3 if they strike out on free agency.

    It has to be 3-team deal.
    It makes sense if both Kawhi and Butler stay (or join other teams).

    If CP3 does actually get traded, it's gonna look really bad on Harden. No matter what the actual facts are, people will turn this into a story of him pushing CP3 out, the same way Howard got pushed out.

    That being said, I think it's all a bunch of nonsense, "multiple suaces" broussard is a dirty liar. Call me when Woj says something.

    Morey has surrounded Harden with some flawed superstars Howard who was a mental midget who couldn't adjust his game to the current NBA and CP3 who apparently became washed up over night.

    Imagine Harden with a Butler or Paul George smh

    Rockets send a first or three to rid themselves of Paul (into Lakers cap space)
    Lakers trade the kids, the 4th pick(or whoever they select), their own pick(s) and Rockets picks to New Orleans for Davis. :D:eek::oops:
    ...or insert Beal or whoever for Davis.

    I don't like it if it doesn't include the young core. Otherwise this is just a salary dump for picks. At that point, that really doesn't make sense.
    It's position less basketball. CP3 at the 1. Kuzma at the 4, Ingram at the 3, Beal at the 2, and Bron at the 5.

    Note bad bad deal for Rockets if this is just a salary dump for picks.

    waiting till they strike out in free agency means dumping CP3 for nothing late in the summer when its too late to replace him. and if the rockets think Kevin love's contract is any better, or he's a better fit they're mistaken.

    I don't doubt Morey has put out feelers, directly or indirectly. But, these sources are not believable. They're just hoping they get lucky
