So nothing will come of this, right? What happens the next time Draymond does it? The Rockets start a fight and Harden gets suspended for Game 5, all because the refs and league failed to step in earlier?

    Sounds about right.

Green has a history of trying to hack the player's injured areas. He did it to Harden when Harden hurt his hand last year. Now he's doing it again.

Harden got the best kind of revenge there is last night. Screw Green. Let's just keep doing it.

That's why you get a 35-year-old whose career has been in the G-League and foreign leagues, someone whose life dream was to play in the NBA. You give that dude a minimum contract just in time to make him playoff eligible, and you let him know that the only reason he's on the roster is that he'll be counted on to just haul off and punch the lights out of one player at some time during the post-season. And that it will most likely be Draymond Green. You also cover his fines.

He'll get to tell his grandkids (just a few years from now) that he played in the NBA and was a pivotal figure in a playoff game. And he'll be a much-revered Houston hero despite playing only a single game before being banned from the league for life.

P.S. Yes, I'm kidding, but only kind of. Maybe it's time the Rockets give the league office a legitimate reason for all that disrespect that show us.

Your post makes no sense. Harden wouldn't have gone down and out. He was scratched across both eyes and came back to play in the game. He was hit by Green again in the eyes in game 3 and he didn't go out of the game or go down like he was shot. You can make arguments against Harden if you want, but there is no ground to stand on making that claim.

Draymond just activate hardens sharingan. It's only going to get stronger within time.

But seriously, the league has to look into this. How many times does he keep getting away with intentional fouls like that? One day he's seriously going to end a career of a player.

rockets need to DEMAND SUSPENSION and make it public if they dont want the donkey doing it again to harden... because the donkey will try this again

it doesnt matter if they suspend him or not but bringing the attention to it we will perhaps prevent him doing it again

Great offensive players read the defense and counter.

At the very least he pretended to stumble so he could keep Harden on the ground another few seconds with the Rockets on offense.

Yeah my interpretation is that Harden intentionally tripped Green but Green purposefully fell on Harden and kept him down. I don’t blame Harden for tripping him.

That's just playoff basketball, looking for little edges wherever you can manufacture them. No harm, no foul, no injuries.

The claw-to-the-face move, on the other hand...
