ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 4/28/2019 (Playoffs Round 2, Game 1)

It's a legit injury concern how the refs are officiating Harden & how b****ass Klay keeps undercutting him... The Rockets management needs to show these videos to the league & file complaints, this cant keep happening.

 

Blasphemy. Sam Cassell (‘s game) is beautiful.

 

Remember his first (I think) game ever in Toronto when he tried dunking everything

 

I expect Thompson to get quick 3 touch fouls early on the 3rd qt.

 

They certainly had turnovers, but they also hit some insanely contested shots. So while they turned the ball over a lot, they hit a lot of insane 3's/jumpers.

Also, we shot horribly to start the game, and caught fire late in the first half. So I think both teams had a mixture of ugly play.

 

BSPN did it for us already.

 

and Thompson would have FOUR friggin fouls'

 

This game has so far been reminding me of the game 3 between these two sides in the regular season which Houston won after staying within striking distance of Warriors for most part of the game. Hope we win.

 

Ref said he didn't see any contact on Harden

 

and ego's defense.

 

I hate to say it but we ain’t winning.. warriors will get stronger as the series progresses

 

That was so effing egregious! How do u get away with 3 blatant undercuts. These refs beed to be held accountable. If Harden got injured on one of them, it would look terrible for the NBA.

 

Hey espn half time show, how can you say harden has been inefficient 4-14 AND say he got fouled on 3 threes?

That would’ve made him 7-14 no?

 

Can you believe this was just the 1st half of game 1?

I feel like we're in the 2nd half of game 5 already.

 

they never seem to miss any calls when we touch them.

 

At least the broadcast is calling out the refs too, even halftime crew is discussing the no calls. It doesn't make it any better though, Rockets just have to play through the rigged game and pull it out.

 

Why do we get consistently screwed by the refs every ****ing time we play the Warriors. As if 4 all stars with 2 former MVPs still in their prime isn't enough.

There is no embellishing and I know people will say that "He's jumping forward," but they clearly showed the line. Harden jumper is not straight up and down. Anyone playing NBA 2k knows this.

I could see if it were Klay, whose jumper is perfect form, straight up and down, feet set, perfect example of how to shoot a jumpshot, but Harden even when open does not land straight all the time.

But this is what people will say, that he's hopping forward for the foul.

 

If the refs don’t call that foul on Harden, then Klay and Curry won’t have ankles left before the end of this game.

 

Klay is jumping into Harden while turning his head towards hoop to make it look accidental ... total BS.

 

I can't believe anyone expects otherwise from the NBA.

I watch because Houston, but I know what's going on and can't get worked up over it anymore. Used to love the NBA in general but I've probably watched 30 minutes of non-Rox games in the past 5 years.
