yeh... see... that aint how I smack talk - at all....lol!

I'm more "Dang y'all aint taken care of business yet! You already let the Clips steal 2 games from you - wtf is that about? I mean c'mon they aint nothin but our castoffs... if you cant handle the Clips yer gonna be in a world of hurt in round 2 - if you make it that far... which is looking more doubtful every game. I guess it's true - end of a dynasty and all that... oh well, I guess it had to happen sooner or later. I mean KD already has one foot out the door - so it was inevitable I guess... just happenin sooner rather than later." smh...

Thats how you get in someone's head... imo.... lol

    2. For some next level mindgames The Rockets booked the Clippers would-be game 7 hotel:

I'm just not understanding the math... why would they be sleep deprived? a 12:30 game PST is 2:30 Houston time right? "Jet lag" is just a term for adjusting to the time difference... Either time should be well within their 'sweet spot" for the day... Plus its not like these guys have such a rigid schedule that most days they have to be up at 6am to be out hauling timber by 7 or something... (what was the McHale term? - lol)
I would think getting to town a day early would be fine...
but eh... whatever gets em best prepared i guess... :)

You fly to california on Sat morning and get there Sat afternoon. Now you are 2 hours off so you will want to sleep two hours earlier and get up two hours earlier - but it's still daylight later in the day - so it's going to throw you off and you will a bit tired the next day as your body adjusts. It's not a huge deal but it will affect you a bit.

That extra Friday night in a hotel in a very expensive city is gonna put a dent in Tillman's till.

Get ready to shuck your own oysters at Landrys and say goodbye to next year's first round pick. Those rookie deals are expensive.

Don't like this move at all disrespectful to the Clips. Makes the Worriers want to beat us worse, which talent wise is not a smart move.

Whatever. Clips are done, barring another miracle.

... Why would it give the Warriors any extra motivation?

If anything, you'd think it'd flatter them and make them think the Rockets are taking this matchup intensely seriously.

Now if the Clippers pull off the unthinkable, it certainly gives them extra motivation against us.

Especially if they all show up in matching track suits like some 70s USSR team.

From my understanding; Bev, Lou and Montrez hate the Rockets.

What? It’s clear they made the right move as it looks like the Warriors will win. You want them flying in the day before with jet lag to play an early Sunday game?

Perfect response. Unless that stadium is being built partially with the municipality’s money. No money for people, but money for buildings.
