Aren't the TNT crew famous because they like to do stupid fun things on the show? I only watched them for the laughs and never take their analysis seriously.

With the NBA on TNT ratings being down, I see them making a change in the offseason and Shaq would obviously be the first to go.

Hope they replace Shaq with D-Wade

No thanks. Dont need roid users promoting this game.

I would like Bill Walton in there.

    Dude is genuine entertainment.

Get rid of Shaq + Kenny.

Instead, Charles Barkley + Bill Walton + Calvin Murphy = Non stop entertainment.

Whatever their opinion if the Rockets.... they need some mix up again for next year.

When Shaq joined it was rocky at first, settled into something new and interesting and funny - partly because of how Chuck made fun of Shaq - butnits stale again now, imo.

Their only saving grace is that no other networks are good either. They’re now the best of bad options.

The biggest cringe I had tonight was when Chuck said "didn't play well at all" regarding Harden's performance. 26, 6, 6 with 4 blocks and 3 steals including the game winning steal means you didn't play well at all?!?!

Stop "analyzing" and do something funny fat boy, make me laugh!

yup they still fail to acknowledge that the rockets do have other ways of winning when harden isn't having his ridiculous games.

It seems they've gotten worse each year. How could anyone objectively pick the jazz over the Rockets this year?

Shaq is by far the least articulate of the group and has the least amount of nuance in his "analysis".

He sucks at this gig. He's there for comedic relief and star power. That's it.

Imagine if Kobe replaced Shaq in this crew. The quality of analysis would jump so much higher and Kobe is far more witty so the comedy would still be there but it would be based on wit rather than just being goofy and dumb.

Kobe just has higher aspirations so he probably wouldn't consider it anyway.

People love to hate the rockets man. It is what it is. People bash everything they do short of James scoring 50-60.

People LOVE the Dream. They love his play style. They love his all time great defense. Because his game was aesthetically pleasing.

The reason the media harps on Harden isn't some anti-Houstom bias. They just genuinely hate his play style and his drop off in scoring efficiency in the playoffs.

What do you expect with panel of 3 morons? Ernie is the only logical person up there.
Shaq is a big dumbass that does nothing but make noise & trie to bully the other clown that eats all day & talks from his ass.
Kenny the clown.. he'll never gonna be a coach, not in the nba. Tries too hard to make sense but no one will take him serious when all he does is clown around with the other two idiots.

Barkley has some genuinely good insight occasionally. He also can be genuinely funny. Out of the 3, I like Barkley the most.

Steph curry is less efficient in the playoffs even though he’s had more talent around him, yet no one ever talks about it. Imagine if James harden blew a 3-1 lead, or goes to the finals and doesn’t win finals MVP.

There are certainly times we need him to perform better, but he still shoulders more than other stars and is very unfairly hated on.

    Que?

Steph is scoring on 70% ts this playoffs.
For his career he's scoring at 62% ts in the playoffs which is considerably higher than Harden in the playoffs.

As a general rule, former players give terrible analysis. There’s a reason “jocks” are known for not being the smartest tools in the shed.

Shaq and Chuck know they’re entertainers: Shaq is always the old school guy and Chuck is the contrarian. Kenny... Kenny is the worst, because he thinks he is profound with his “metaphors”, but really you. an see why he can’t get any coaching gigs for the last ten years.
