Great stats, subpar performance for the player.

James needs to do better to take us to the championship.

 

almost turned into a classic Harden choke game. dodged a bullet there.

 

He played more controlled in the 2nd half especially 4th quarter.

First half he played with 5 viruses (even though 3 of them were bacterial strain).

 

These guys are so non-chalant when James makes a great defensive play .

"Oh , nice knock away by harden."

You know when someone forces James into a turnover the broadcasters get so excited

 

Not even great stats. Defensive stat is good, but shooting percentage and points are subpar.

Harden needs to be more aggressive, he is deferring to Paul too much. In the end of the 4th quarter, after he hit two consecutive shots, he just can't get the ball anymore, that really shouldn't happen.

 

His 3pt was subpar, but his 2pt shots were good..... 7/14 is pretty good. Also, it's hard being aggressive when you have a player like Gobert in the lane.

 

He lead the Rockets with +19 in the box score. Let’s see if he can step his game up because we’re playing the warriors next.

Especially when Paul missed on two straight possessions and Gordon drove out of control towards the bucket. Harden should have demanded the ball because he had scored 6 straight points.

 

After a rough start Harden started to play better. I think after the missed dunk he hit two threes and from there he scored with relativel ease.

 

2nd half was much better, but my goodness...dude cannot afford any of these 1-10 or 0-15 halves of basketball against the Warriors.

 

He won't.

Warriors don't have the people to defend Harden the way Jazz did, and if they play him straight up, Harden will eat them up.

 

If any other star player had that stat line they would be praised for playing a great all-around game.
