There are measures in place to oversee and prevent murders committed by police. A person didn't just 'die' .The person who was a resident of the town was murdered by someone who wouldn't have even been there if they had left law enforcement to those trained for it. It was completely preventable.

They absolutely hold white supremacist notions. You are very naive to think they don't. They wouldn't place this much effort into a hobby if they didn't. These people are very ideological and their entire life and paradigm is based upon the clash between the west and the rest of the world.
I would challenge you on that... first you can't prove that even a large percentage do hold those views. Second, it wouldn't matter because we have laws that need enforcement. I really don't care who enforces it, so as long the law is upheld. Their personal views don't even matter. If they are racist like you say, they are useful pawns nonetheless. So long as they don't let that bias get in the way and they don't harm people or do unethical things to people.

I would like all laws enforced yes. Emoluments too. But not in a manner that is being used solely for political gain. If needed, bring the Prez to court. I could care less.
Judges. That is the center of the problem and why we have such a backlog. Unfortunately hiring more judges ain't sexy. Can't show how tough you are with migrants if judges are your solution. Trump ain't looking for a pragmatic solution. He's looking for a story that sells well for 2020 to his base so they can turnout in high numbers.
