James Harden is disrespecting basketball by being too good at it By: Ted Berg | April 5, 2019 Spoiler Spoiler: Rest Of the Article https://ftw.usatoday.com/2019/04/james-harden-disrespectful
The trend of blowing out teams is a good sign. The trend is what's important. It's been three or four games now. And it comes down to not letting up in the 3rd quarter. Keep that up, guys, now that you've got a taste for it. Even against the Knicks. No mercy in the 3rd means rest for the starters in the 4th and more looks for the bench. Everyone wins. Except the Knicks. So everyone wins. As much as it's fun to watch Harden score absurd numbers of points, I'm even happier at this point when I see games where he's in the 30-40 range AND he and Paul each have double digit assists. That's still a gaudy number of points created, but the load is being shared to and picked up by the rest of the team, and that's what we need in the playoffs. I'll sacrifice 20 Harden points for 10 Capela lobs anyday. Go Rox.
Don't lower your intensity. Enforce good habits. Stay healthy. Harden get your 36+. He needs to average 29ppg to finish at 36.0ppg for the season. I honestly would love to see that. Especially since he won't get MVP. I would love to see the below benchmarks be achieved.
if i remember correctly, tre maddox was one of blind refs for KD's out of bound play against us earlier..
Just.. win please. Take care of business early. Get the must needed rest. Chris Paul, don't run out of bounds to chase a ball, please.
