Not a good game for him. But as bad as that miss was, he being rattled by not being on his A-game, and thereby passing up open shots? That's a lot worse, and he was doing that at points in the 2nd half tonight.

Go hang out with Green. See if some of his fearlessness runs off.

For real, guys. this is the quietest the GARM has been in a while after a loss. House sucking it up in winning time has sent a lot of members to bed early.

 

Take it easy. we focus on the playoff.

 

If Nene can only play 5 freaking minutes. Why not use him the last play to prevent that Sailor Center to shove Capela over n over. Stupid MDA. Grow back the stache already.

 

Nah, we don’t need a real center for backup. We got Tucker and old man Nene. Lol

 

While I agree, it doesnt negate that a foul was not called for Capela, but it was called for Val after. It was cheap, and inconsistent reffing. Very disappointing.

 

That would have been a great comeback. Too bad. Wasted effort by Harden

 

This is what makes me angry about tonight. Fine: rest some guys an shrug at the loss. But to exhaust your two horses and lose? Arrrrgh.

Paul doesn't need to be playing 41 minutes in any regular season game. It's like the Rox are trying to make sure he pops a hammy in the first round.

 

Yeah, but when refs allow a bull like that to clear defenders out of the paint with a forearm shove
with no call, then it doesn't matter. If he's allowed to be a bull underneath and get whistles while doing it
there's no defense for that

 

Sucks that Faried got the DNP tonight. Could've used to his hustle against these guys. Capela was dragging his feet and just huffin and puffin in the 4th. Hate that an epic Harden game went to waste. And Portland will be .5 game back from us after they win. This one hurt for multiple reasons.

 

I definitely agree, Paul should not have played this many minutes. Should of left Austin in there.

 

Now the blazers are gonna win and the rockets are going to only be a half game ahead of the 3rd seed, with the spurs and bucks up.

 

Nene needs to give us something in a game like this with Faried out and the other centers beasting against Capela.

 

I’ve never seen a team so terrible at playing down to inferior opponents. Just terrible.

 

You have been here long enough to know the Rockets get up for big games after dropping the easy ones. Rockets lost to a trash team before wiping the floor with GSW. This was a classic Rockets trap game.

 

My hope is next year the Rockets realize how much they screwed themselves this year by not showing up to games against lesser teams. 2017-2018 team had that mindset. I am hoping next year’s team goes back to that.
