Apparently, he died last month but it seemed to fly under the radar. I found an article discussing it. Did not know that he had a leg amputated in 2012. I enjoyed a bit of "Airwolf" back in the day and enjoyed him in "Hooper". But, he basically ruined himself with his drug usage way back then at the height of his fame and a couple of car accidents didn't help. I was surprised that he was even still living. He could have had a great career but seemingly went from young star with loads of potential to old drugged out guy with fugly face in no time at all. Even so, I will always remember the ideal him as the stuntman in "Hooper". He was 74. RIP

I thought of the Hoff as well, but I think Magnum is a little longer in the tooth.

What could have been with JMV. The guy was one of the most genetically physically gifted people on the planet.

He claimed he never worked out except holding beer cans....

JMV and Gary Busey...... I cannot imagine.

    His best role..... The Mechanic.....

Mid 40's and he is still a good looking guy.... already been a drug addict for two decades and several accidents by now.

50 years of alcoholism and drug addiction......... lost his leg, several serious car accidents....... blind in one eye from an accident........ numerous fights and arrests......... he said he wouldn't do it any other way.......... You want to know what hammered **** looks like? This is what a lifetime of complete hammered **** looks like. Genetics won't save you from a 50 year habit and constant reckless behavior.

Yes I have surfed and yes it is a complete body workout.

I should have been more clear, he never did anything with the purpose of staying in shape.

He supposedly became quite lazy later.

The guy was a Ferrari that someone drove hard and never serviced or changed the oil on........ it works fine for awhile, and then it never runs again.
