Yes but they would still be in the top 4 or 5 without that. Every major player except Jokic has missed a good chunk of time this season.
He’s not misspelling anything. All @SamFisher malapropisms are intentional. Here, let me use it in a Phrase: Sometimes, even Flying Spaghetti Monsters are a blessing in the skies.
I don’t really care who we play. Or who the nuggets play. Rockets will finish in the 2 spot. Mark that down. Guarantee it.
Do you expect @Carl Herrera to explain his misunderstandable puns when he uses them, too? Dare you to tell him he must be stupid for how much he continues to misspell Tilman’s name.
We are getting ahead of ourselves here. Yes it would be nice to catch the Nuggets for the 2nd seed and maybe we can. But I'm not even gonna entertain that thought at the moment, merely holding fast at 3rd seed the rest of the season would be a miracle considering what's gone on this season.
I don't think the Rockets can catch Denver for the 2 seed. And not sure it matters much. Getting the 3 seed is pretty key in my mind. Rockets, Blazers, Thunder, Jazz. Man it is close!
I see us having a 13-5 finish, so looking forward to 52 wins. That's just figuring if we lost to the 5 good teams left on the schedule, or beat 1 or 2 and then folded one of the games or 2. Considering this season, I'm amazed that we are where we are. Go Rockets!!!
OKC playing Portland tonight. Tomorrow morning, we'll be in 4th place, half a game behind one of those two and half a game ahead of the other.
THIS is why I couldn't wait to get a healthy Clint back and have the band back together. Last season, when James, CP and Clint all started together, we had a 90% winning percentage, best record in the West and #1 seed. (That homecourt advantage was BIG against GSW) We've had so many injuries that we haven't had our trio together much. NOW, since the ASB we're back on a roll. If we hadn't been duped out of that Laker game after the break we'd be on a 7 game streak! But 6 is good. I would love to see us get back to that 90% range and have things on a roll going into the playoffs
IT does not look that good, opponents are catching up to them with him in the 2nd lineup. They squander leads left and right. I know they wish to work him back into rotation. It's pretty simple for them, use the lineup that got them the 2nd place in the first place, and I think they are harder to beat.
