Problem solved: Start Faried at 4 and Tucker at 3

Will be the first to admit i was wrong. If he can shoot like this consistently faried would actually be the best option at 4 for our system

 

And what if he cant ? Its not like any of our players shoot like this consistently

 

For sure he should start!

 

i doubt faried keeps up his 3pt shooting. but smallball has been killing us the past 3 seasons tiring out our already old/short/unathletic guys and giving oposing teams the rebounding advantage. so let faried play the 4

 

Create a new position for Faried, call it the power center.

I love the Capela, Tucker, Faried lineup.
Im sick of small ball and its not like were playing very fast pace anyway.
Rebounding is a very underated part of today's game and we have to get better at it.
This linup will give us a good chance against any team. Never liked Gordon as a starter, hes so much better off the bench.

 

Point Faried if we want to win the championship

 

If MDA doesn’t understand the value of his energy and size, then I seriously doubt he can take us anywhere.

 

Been screaming this forever... just put EG back on the bench once Harden is back. We need big men on the floor at the start.

 

Tucker having bigger teammates seemed to work. Faried seemed to work. Hell, Nene even had a good game. Bizarre.

Keeping my fingers crossed on the 3 point shooting. Kenneth should be living with John Lucas. He should be practicing catch and shoot 3’s everyday. If he can level off at around the 35% mark, it would be a wonderful development. I’m pleasantly surprised.

 

I agree 100% with OP. Might be a good idea to rest Beard a few games, too. Our old men were hustling, getting stops, and freaking fast-breaking last night. More of that, puh-leeez!

 

I’d like to see Shump starting and Ego off the bench. That would be closer to last years defensive starting lineup.
