I just don't see the Bucks coming out of the East. These shooters go cold for really long stretches much like the Rockets bench, except they don't have a Harden who can get to the free throw line 10-15 times a game and make 85%, which is so important in the drought spells to get easy points and slow the opponent's momentum with game breaks.
Raptors are the most complete team in the East right now. Balanced roster with a guard-wing-center combo that plays strong defense and can grind out wins in the postseason over 7 games.
