Anybody watching the Bucks regularly? Only seen a handful of games but wondering if he is an insurance signing or would he be taking minutes from anyone. I don't see the minutes for him with their roster already jammed with PFs and Centers.

Yes he will be taking the leftover minutes of DJ Wilson. Mirotic already threw him almost out of the rotation and now he won't have anything left. But it will be good because maybe Lopez now can take some more rest. The team is already coasting for about three weeks now.
The rotation will be like this
Lopez/Ilyasova/Pau
Giannis/Mirotic/Ilyasova/DJ Wilson

Anyway as long as he isn't a malcontent crying about touches and minutes this move is without much importance.

 

Thinking of Pau Gasol always brings to mind the baritone-to-a-shriek he emits whenever trying to get a call. Like Daddy Ostrich being kicked in the joyas de familia. Nearly two decades in the NBA and he's still at it.

 

I guess the bucks have passed the rockets as the place for washed up stars.
