he would definately comeback this year...after all he needs to play for another contract, and the best way to do that is to play well in the playoffs.
Are you watching the games? The offensive burden on harden is enormous and you want to cut one of the only players on the roster that can get his own shot for a defensive player?
Beverly is heavily underrated defensively because of his attitude. People just see him as a dirty player now but he's actually a extremely solid defender. Probably the 2nd best on our team.
Crack pipe? Watching the games? Creating his shot? Am I being punked? Rivers has been playing terrible for weeks now. Over Rivers last 10 games he’s avg 7.8 points on 33/22/55 on over 32 mpg If he can start playing like he did when he first signed again, then I will accept those comments.
But you won't because of a 10 game stretch? That's the definition of knee jerk. And yea, if you're not aware that Rivers is very capable of getting to the hoop then I question how much you're actually watching. More to the point, during the broadcast the other night, Bull pointed out that Rivers has the 4th highest points per drive on isolation drives (i believe i have that right).
Knee jerk? That’s about half his games as a Rockets. I’ve watched all the games, perhaps closer then y’all have if y’all couldn’t tell Rivers fell off a cliff. I’m not saying Rivers has no talent, I said I’d rather have Bev.
Gallo is one of the few deals on their books after this year. He’s had a bit of a resurgence but I imagine they’d rather have the cap space to go after the big fishes. They could probably fetch a few 2nds for him from a team like Sacramento, but I’d love for us to step in. Something like: LAC - Gallo for Burks, HOU 2nd, CLE 2nd HOU - Knight, HOU 1st, HOU 2nd for Gallo CLE - Burks, CLE 2nd for Knight, HOU 1st
The career injury plagued Gallo is currently out with a back injury for the past few weeks. So, that's prob a no from me.
he is dirty. but then so is most of the NBA when playing tight Defense....whenever they slip that foot under hardens step back its dirty. so it comes around and goes around, lol... we'll take it! yea but it doesn't mean he won't come back to finish this season...his whole goal was to expand his role and get paid higher this time...it doesn't seem like that's going to happen now after his injury.....
1. Look up the definition of sample size and then shut up 2. Rivers has the ability to create his own shot in ISO, Beverley does not 3. Beverley is just as injury prone as CP3, so you want to add another injury prone player to our backcourt?
