Its clear he’s a a step or two too slow out there. Needs time to shake off the rust.

A week or two in the g-league will do wonders imo. 40 million a year and winning on everybody’s mind calls for the swallowing of any pride.

I’m sure Morey and the team will have already floated this idea...

You can’t send a 40 million dollar player to the G league

In a loss. He ****ed up the defense with his old ass getting torched by Beasley and on offense he was making harden passive to the detriment of the team

Paul will get back into shape, he can do that without going to the DL.

Leave him with the Rockets and let him play 20-30 minutes and sit out back to backs. He isn’t close to 100% yet but he is still worthy of seeing the floor.

I’m mostly just glad that MDA has finally accepted that Paul doesn’t need to be playing back to backs and 35 minutes a night. Play him 25-30 with zero back to backs and sit him for a game every couple of weeks.

I'm sure he hasn't floated that idea lol .

CP3 will get his conditioning back . He definitely looks a bit off , but having a long layoff and really not getting into the season will do that for ya .

Physically he looks tentative but I'm not sure I want him going all out anyways .

The way he plays when he's going 100 percent ... he really slings his body around out there . Kinda like a bowling ball , harden style . He needs to find a way to still be effective even when going 80%

The problem if he's gotten a step slower is what was 80% for him last year might be 85% this year and he needs to make that adjustment

The Rockets aren’t going anywhere without Chris Paul.

Once Paul has his legs back, he needs to be starting and playing his 25-30 minutes. He is still a very productive player and defender.

We need Chris Paul.... a healthy Chris Paul.

Right and replace him with what? The Rockets cap is already near maxed out without Paul. The only chance the Rockets have is with Harden & Paul.
