So he won't play a game for Chicago.. does this mean he will end up in LA?

We cut Nunley so Faried can play tonight, then Melo comes off the roster tomorrow.... who fill the open spot, Nunley or House?

Cappers - What is the net savings on Melo? How does that effect money for House?

So next up to be traded with cash is Marquese Chriss. Reduce payroll by another $3M and create another roster spot for release/buyout.

Good, the Lakers will be even more miserable. Sounds like a win to me.

He is now free to sign with any other team, so, yes, he can end up a Laker.

Melo's salary is $2.4M. So the tax saving is $7.2M?

He'll be signed by another team by 5:45 next tuesday (not tomorrow, he needs to clear waivers).

What do you want for a player who signed for the minimum?

    Hahahahahahaha

Had to give cash to one of the sorriest ass teams in the league to take him and then they will cut him right away.

That's how much of a scrub Melo is.

Does nothing for House financially.... helps the Rockets in the tax department.... which in turn helps House.

Reinsdorf and Tilman need to get a room. This is like cheapskate p*rn lol.

Anyhow, I'm glad Melo and MCW are gone.
