Cp3 (different approach needed)

    I think if he comes back and after 10 games or so he doesn't look good ... then mayyyyybe

    But I have all the faith in the world that CP3 will eventually return to form this year

    The whole system is limited when it comes to fixing biomechanics....especially with high level athletes. No one is really fixing them consistently They just try not to break them and nurse them through common injuries . Notice how when they have the nagging reoccuring injuries most never seem to fix them. Theres so much adherence to science backed approaches, which you'd think is good, but it can be flawed or limited.

    The best at it I've seen is Functional Patterns, but they shy away from working with pro athletes because of the politics involved. They require 100% commitment to their system, but every athlete already has "their fitness guy" or the team's who make that difficult .
