Kings had a 9 point lead on warriors with like 2.5 minutes to go smh. They always give warriors a hard time but seem to always mess up at the end
Tussle Westbrook. Kings imploded in winning time against the Warriors. Better the Kings lose I guess Rockets are chasing everyone so it doesn't really matter who is losing. Rockets need to win all the games.
Yeah, they really let one get away. You can't ask for a better shot to take down the reigning champs than they had tonight and they choked it away. Once they got up 10 with 4:03 to go, they had multiple possessions to really stick the dagger in but they just couldn't get it done. I really think one more made shot during that stretch and they win. They were up 2 with :43 to go and if that had been 4-5 points instead, they might have got GSW into foul mode. Hopefully they learn something from the experience. That's 2 games lost against GSW at the wire. It might have helped having Bagley (and Shump), as they gave up far too many 2nd and 3rd chance opportunities. Early word is MRI came back negative on his knee and it's a bone bruise. But those can still take a while to heal. <crossing fingers>
They cannot really rely on them Kings, yeah, they are better than they were with McLemore. Just glad they did not pose problems for the Rox.
