Anyone catch Griffin purposefully tripping Hartenstein last game, as he was falling, in attempts to prevent a fastbreak--one of those, "I'm falling, so I'll take out my man, too."

You know there were other things that had PJ on short-fuse, too.

For whatever reason, we always seem to struggle in Detroit. Should be a tougher game than Wednesday, but hopefully Blake Griffin doesn’t also go lights out again. Go Rox.

Detroit will be looking for revenge after what happened last game, Blake probably goes off, going to be an EZ loss I'm afraid.

 

I don't think the Pistons get as hot from 3 as they did last game, so the Rockets should win this one......should being the important qualifier.

 

What’s more likely, Drummond shoots poorly at the FT line again or Griffin scores 19 pts in the last 5 minutes?

The “for whatever reason” last year was because your favorite player — Harden — was injured in that Jan away game. You mussa forgot.

Somewhat relevant to this because he was with them last season. Former Piston Anthony Tolliver is no longer getting minutes on Minnesota, he would actually be a solid fit as a stretch 4/5 for the Rockets. He doesn't love rebounding, but he can defend multiple positions, shoot, etc. He does make $5.8 million though.

Its much more likely harden goes for 40 again and PJ doesn’t ejected than BG goes curry from 3. So this will be a win

 

That was during an awful stretch for the Rockets last season. But they really do struggle in Detroit for some reason.
