    I know what ketosis is, that's why I commented on lack of carbs. They make your muscle grow, so no carbs - low to medium gains.

    FWIW...he doesn't look fat at all to me in those 'Now' pics. Yes, he's not in NBA shape...but no reason he would be. But he does look in pretty good shape.

    I wanted him, but I also wanted Rudy Gay (been a UConn fan since Ray Allen)...and we ended up with ****ing Shane Battier. Don't get me wrong, I love Shane...but either of those other players with Yao/Tmac? Are you kidding?

    I get you, but without glycogen forming in your muscles from glucose, your muscles will not grow as much as they could. Congrats on getting in keto state though, I hear it's quite an achievement.
