Our bats have been better than they have been recently tonight. Lordy, lordy, though, I did not expect our pitching to collapse like this. Cole shat the bed. Morton can barely go 2 innings. Keuchel has your second best starting pitching performance of the four. But he still pitched scared. Our superior pitching was going to be the counter to their superior batting in this series. Guess not. And it sure would have been nice to play a CATCHer at the 2 position instead of a thrower.
It's already hard enough to win at this point of the year but the Astros have lacked mightily in execution all the way around.
