It's not good... but it's at least a little less not good when you realize the look they were going for...
It looks like a jersey you see from a rec league for a team that has a bunch of try hards that aren't actually good. Probably has a name like Ballerz or something of the sort.
Is this a joke?? looks like a cheap children’s board game / cartoon with spongebob mixed with some OG Grizzlies waistband with a nice Hawaii swim trunks finish. How do these get past the first stage of designing and it’s an insult to native americans if that’s in any way related / inspired by.
those OKC jerseys can’t be real...my god I can’t take any team seriously wearing something that goofy Native Americans telling people all across America not to associate them with that garbage
How the Thunder still don’t have an actual logo / font or some kind of design symbolising their name is just crazy. Thunder Grizzlies
If they don't change the color, it won't ever look good. Nothing good can be designed out of that hideous color.
http://news.sportslogos.net/2018/10/04/multiple-leaks-of-new-2018-19-nba-uniforms-hit-twitter/ The working theory being that the “Earned” series will be simple re-colours of the “City” Edition uniform. How does Vitelli know the Raptors “Earned” uniform will be red? Read on! See, Mr. Vitelli somehow found the full colour sheet for the new City and Earned uniforms… Through the wordmark you can make out the black and pink uniforms for the Heat listed here, as well as the leaked white City uniform for the Raptors. Other things of note: the Lakers city is Purple which would suggest there’s no black uniform for them this season, and I’m curious to see what the Cavaliers are doing with that powder blue jersey. The “Earned” series, a fifth uniform added to the usual rotation of icon, association, statement, and city, seems to be reserved for those teams that qualified for the playoffs the season prior. Get it? They “Earned” the uniform. Hopefully, a little more detail on this new uniform style is available as they’re unveiled.
So the Rockets will have a new lighter red uniform called "earned?" Do we even have a city uniform? I thought that was the black one, but it's supposed to be dark red?
I wonder if the officials will ever wear patches on their uniforms. Another area of profitability from the NBA if you ask me...
I love the idea of playoff teams getting their own uniform. I think, as silly as this sounds, it's a bit of an incentive to not tank for the lottery because owners are going to love selling another friggin jersey.
I am a bit confused. Help me out here. Is the chart below saying that the Rockets "city" uniforms, which last year were the "Chinese Red" uniforms, are now some sort of "burgundy/wine" color? That's interesting. Know anything about this @Clutch?
Literally, the refs win whatever game they want to. If anything, they are the real 2017-2018 NBA Champs, not the warriors.
