We should not fire him. We need high draft picks to rebuild the team. The team is in shambles after losing so many draft picks on dumb draft picks, wasted draft picks, and giving them them away.
We won't have to tank games for high draft picks. Just leave Bob on the team and we will lose anyways. We get rid of clowney, watt, and every other overpaid veteran who is not doing anything except getting a fat paycheck. In 4 years we will have a young exciting team for the next head to coach. In mean time we always have the astros.

When things aren't working, he seems very slow to try something else.

"Let me make it clear: I don't have challenges with under two minutes to go. It's not my job to call a timeout to make their job easier."

Is that what he said about the Gronk play in the first half? F***ing seriously?

I've defended him but I'm done with that. We'll be lucky to get to 8-8 this season and it won't be because of a talent problem. This is a terribly coached team. Any team that would've let Kevin Johnson come back on the field in the 2nd half has lost their damn minds. There was a definitive difference in the D when KJ went out. That even seemed to be the point that JJ Watt showed up.

I mean, technically he's not wrong. His job is ostensibly to help the team win games, and he failed miserably at that today.

Now of course the replay official says he was buzzing the referee who says he got buzzed too late to keep the Pats from running the next play.

Yes, the refs did screw up. Bill O'Brien is correct there.

However Belichick sped up the next play and O'Brien should have seen that and called a timeout

If its not his job to give his team a chance, then he should NOT have a job here.

Texans are in a situation akin to that of the Warriors. Hopefully our brass can see that.

Great article today by Jerome Solomon in the Chronicle. He calls O'Brien "dazed and confused." He calls O'Brien "a coaching toddler." This is all so true. O'Brien is holding this team back.

You know the players can see this. Actually, everyone can see this. Everyone except Bill O'Brien, who always refuses to take blame for any of his blunders.

O'Brien may be an OK coach during the week. But, on sundays he's a dunce.

LOL coaching toddler. Wow. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't have anyone to throw under the bus now.
