    I don't want to give Ryno away for nothing. If Fertitta can take a hit this year, afford too, his value only increases for next year.

    I also don't want to add picks to Ryno (keep those assets) unless our owner really thinks that the stretch is worth more. It ain't my pocket book. He may very well gamble keeping him, taking the hit and seeing which direction this takes us.

    I'm sure Morey and Co are figuring out how to formulate the best 15 man roster, better yet, the best 8-9 man rotation.

    Will the Kings ask for Melton? I wouldn't be surprised if they do, plus other picks. That will hurt Houston.

    It allows the rockets to take on more salary. It looks Tilman doesn't want to pay luxury tax. When two players are making close 70 million and 3 are making 90 getting rid of him makes a lot of sense to Tilman who is Morey's boss.

    Yes, it's truly a millstone round the neck of our Rockets, to use another non-bird thingy. I know there's an argument for keeping Anderson until the deadline, and it's not a bad argument, but this guy lost me when he completely disappeared, and when we needed him most, in the playoffs. I can't wait to see the guy split.

    Ryan Anderson sucks, and sucks ALOT. He may have played a total of 10 minutes in the WCF, and was exposed the second he stepped out there. I'm estimating but he had to be no less than -20. In other words, you'd probably rather him get as far away from Houston as possible. He sucks

    This. Not even get back nothing, but lose a pick or two. If they just straight up dump, I'll be okay with calling Tilman cheap. Team building-wise, dumping Ryno only makes sense if we get a usable player out of it because him being on the books does NOTHING for their flexibilty of signing players.

    I have bad news for you. Trading Ryan Anderson and multiple 1st round picks for nothing isn't going to make us more formidable against the Warriors next year.

    I'm ok with giving up a future 1st rounder, a high second rounder, and another second rounder along with Ryan. If they want Edwards (unlikely) instead of a second rounder, I'm fine with that. DM should retain Melton and Gary Clark.

    It was reported recently that he has finally had a chance to heal and is back to where he was before many lingering injuries. But who really knows?
