    Two championships that in a city which had never had a single championship before in any sport and until last years Houston Astros, in itself should be qualification enough to get him in first ballot. I don't understand. Would someone please make an argument justifying not voting for him for the HOF?

    As a player he would be a marginal HOF candidate (basketball-reference buts it around a 30% chance). Combining player, scout, and coach for a career, including the back to back championships should get him in, but it could take a few ballots. I don't see the insult the some do in this.

    Rudy T gets hurt by the fact that as a coach his record is weak. They won the chips but they were never elite seeds and unfortunately that hurts his case. Having said that, he should be in no doubt.

    You have to take into consideration college career. It's the basketball hof not nba
