Just cause yer in a bar doesnt mean you have to get 'fit shaced'... Many people go to a bar to have a few adult beverages and have a good time... Then you got the folks that get fall down sloppy drunk... there is a line - even in a bar... lol

Well sure, but you can be drunk without being shitfaced. Hence my question. Drunk AND Disorderly though makes sense. But the thread title just says Public Intoxication. Usually when I go to a bar its to get intoxicated, but not shitfaced. And every time I go to a bar, I'm in public :)

I didn’t even know they have bars in Burbank. I wouldn’t go there, especially not a Sunday night. I’d still rather have him than Bobby Brown if there was a schoolyard pick.

Another possibility is if you’re blocking a public way (road, sidewalk, etc.), so if you’re going to pass out drunk, do it in a dumpster, not in the alleyway next to the dumpster

Man... if he had some real friends or family, they need to step up and help him out before it doesn’t end well.

Only hope now is that he hits rock bottom before he keels over, change like that can only come from within.

I hear you but It seems like he needs to learn to accept and embrace the help he does get. Addiction is a disease and a hard one to beat.

Living his life with his family... I am sure Cuttino cares on some level and I am sure he has tried all a friend/ ex co-worker can do for Stevie. 20ish years have passed => most would move on and I think Mobley has or should, IMO. Mobley’s career was cut short because of health => more concerns other than Stevie.

Stevie needs to help himself then his support can try to keep him accountable; he himself is his only true answer.

Lol he chose the wrong city to do that stuff. Burbank is one of the most picky cities in LA. They don’t let you do anything, since they are their own county like Glendale they have a lot of rules. Like no homeless people, No noise after 8 or 9. Cops are everywhere it seems and people call the police on you ASAP. Is one of the cleanest cities and nice place to live but houses are kinda small and kinda old.
So try to avoid Burbank if you wanna do some shady stuff, go to north Hollywood:p
