Ryan Anderson, at his worst, could at least be a threat just by standing out there. Joe Johnson literally does nothing for us.
There must have been some sort of agreement of guaranteed minutes when he signed. I like Joe, but he doesn't deserve Gerald's minutes
It's sicken me he's taking minutes from the all out hussle and 3 points happy greens which is perfect for us.
JJ didn't help tonight and appears to be wasting minutes no doubt. I'm more disappointed in CP3 than JJ though. These are games your stars have to bring it and CP3 flat out didn't. Can't put this game on an over the hill role player when CP3 had the game he had.
JJ is positively the worst player on the rockets right now . I'd take tarick black over him . I'm praying that either JJ can rediscover some semblance of an NBA level game ... OR MDA pulls his head out of his ass and plays the better player .... Green . I understand GG is a professional , but it would be hard for me to be calm right now in his shoes . JJ even had a decent first half ... But was a huge negative on D . If green could've stayed in front of Van fleet we may have won . If green had hot shooting tonight then we could have won .
Joe has a wrist injury. He's not washed. Once his wrist heals, he'll be fine. At least he didn't go the Warriors. Spoiler
Joe looks old, slow and completely out of rhythm. Hopefully, he is able to get a little bit of rhythm going in the playoffs
MDA just doesn't trust GG guys. Green can be boneheaded with wild shots and bad D at times but I still feel Green is definitely more of a threat because of his outside shot but MDA just doesn't trust him. Hope when Anderson comes back he starts shooting lights out again and JJ minutes will hopefully go down.
The positive vibes to Ryno worked because he is a decent NBA player. Fans hated him just because he was overpaid and in a shooting slump with his hip injury. On the other hand, JJ probably can't find a team with Morey didn't pick him up.
it's w/e. this loss was probably good for us. MDA won't lose with joe johnson in the playoffs. He is giving him his chances now. I guarantee you that he would give him these chances in the playoffs if he doesn't start earning them.
