TNT blacked out for Thursday's Celtics game on Dish?

    I live around 80 miles north of Houston and subscribe to Dish. When I went to my DVR to set up the recording of Thursday night's game, Dish says it is not available in my area. This has never happened before on TNT. Is anyone else seeing this? Did new black out rules just go into effect? Hopefully this is just a glitch on my Dish and it will be corrected. If not, this sucks.

    Seems like a glitch on your end. TNT isn't even blacked out for folks in Houston when the Rockets play.

    if it does up blacked out for you, I suggest you look in nbastreams on reddit for a quality link.

    Thanks but I realize it is not blacked out in this entire area. I've had Dish for nearly 20 years and this has never happened before. I just wanted to know if anyone was blacked out on Dish.

    Good luck! I'm ticked off that Goggle Fiber doesn't have NBAtv, at least not yet. It makes watching all the games in Austin a little more trouble. :(:cool:

    Well I just tried to turn to TNT on AT&T and it says it’s blacked out too o_O

    If you have the U-verse app it's streaming on TNT but yes blacked out in Houston

    Uverse blacked out TNT. The TNT app has blacked out the game too.
