Never liked Carl but it sucked seeing him die. But as for the show’s quality, I know what the show is. I’m not expecting much and it’s good enough to be solid DVR fodder.
He's not dead...yet; I am sure they'll drag it out a few more episodes with the real question being will he turn and how much 'drama' will come out of putting him down...
Oh god, I forgot how much they drag $hit out. It'll be till the season finale that he'll eventually die. I imagine this thread is gonna be like "God, just die already Carl!" or "for love of God, just die already!" the whole remainder of the season
They need to let the Trash Queen "bed" him once, before he dies. Don't let him die a virgin. Jadis: "Rick, I show Carl Up Up Up,,,yes?" I'd kill for that line. And I'd be fine with them dragging out that subplot. Or she gets the girls to do it: "Tamyiam, Brione, show Carl Up, Up, Up".
She literally begged him to bed her.....lolz She is really weak and I doubt she would be much of an ally. Would be hilarious if it was your kid laughing at her.

Really stupid to kill carl. The entire point of a Rick is to be a badass and keep his kids alive. He had to prove shane wrong. The entire point of the show is to survive and let the kids live on. There's really no point to the show now, because if rick doesnt go insane it wont feel real. Having your main character go insane is a last season sort of thing, this storyline is dumb, maybe twd went a couple seasons too long maybe it should have taken a que from breaking bad. The biggest problem with this show is that its clear they dont want to killl negan so they have dragged on way too long. making a bad guy too powerful usually spells the end of a series. negan destroyed glenn if negan doesnt get killed soon in the mist horrifying way possible then rick looks weak. who wants to watch an action show with a weak lead.. no thanks. its like heroes, where the heroes never actually win.
the storyline is too stagnant...it gets tiring just seeing them fighting other groups of people led by some crazy dude Can we get something new? they should’ve never killed the idea of there being a cure, that would’ve been the most interesting thing to me
Never liked the Carl character in the comics and like him even less on TV. I'm glad the character is killed off. Let's hope this is the beginning of the the TV story line not following the comic and be so predictable. I also wouldn't mind them killing off most of the major characters. The only ones I like to see remaining are Maggie & Carol. Morgan is going to be on Fear the Walking dead, so i can follow him there, even though I've grown tired of his flip-flopping character, I still enjoy watching him act.
I did. Having so many seasons of investment to this show, yes Carl's death did make me a little teary eyed but the show still sucks and is in some ruggurgitating loop from hell where the plot absolutely never advances and the creators try too hard in attempting to be "artistic" and force feeding "character development".
I thought they were dragging out Carl’s death too much, it got to the point where I was like man just die already so we can move on...the premier didn’t have to be 1.5 hours long at least the next episode looks like it could be interesting
Yeah, they drug that out what too much, not that we should be surprised. I almost feel bad for not feeling bad that he died, but then i remember how annoying he was and how he had no one to blame but himself...so then i don't.
