I dun think he made an Allstar team, dude. All he made was All NBA third team.

One of the guys that were always considered 'Borderliner' or 'The next few guys outside looking in'.

He also roasted the Rockets on more than one occasion.

if awards from other teams don't count, then i think keep Celtics / Lakers. at first glance, it's hard to tell for me which team has an advantage.

lets say, Celtics could pick Bird, Havlicek and KG, since KG wasn't MVP for them. pretty nice.
but Heat might be able to get LeBron, Wade, Shaq, that's nicer.
Rockets can have Hakeem, Harden and Tmac, that might be nicer than the Celtics too.
Lakers can have something like Magic, Jerry West, old Wilt? The best i could think right now. not really that great. all the best Lakers
players after the Jerry West era won MVPs as Lakers, so you can't pick them all.

I think the main reason is people in LA or Cali know how great guys like West, Worthy......others were.

People here do not appreciate them as much. From an athletic standpoint Tmac, Giannis, Lebron, Westbrook, modern players are at an alltime high but the game isn't just about athleticism, lateral quickness, verticals and arm length.

I dun think Harden is that athletic or explosive but he gets it done.

Him, Manu, Duncan and others could have played in the 70s, 80s, 90s. Nobody would be shocked.

Yes that was the point of keeping it limited to that team's version of the player. Helps balance out each squad. I think there will be a lot of sleeper teams here after doing some research.

I'd be down, but have been working 10 hr shifts and can't access cf during that period besides lunch just before noon. So I would only be free 11:30am to 12pm from 7am - 5:30 pm lol

I'm just waiting on the rules to be finalized. My preference is drafting teams in the first round, then assembling rosters with 3 all stars and 5 non all stars, duplicates allowed. I'm down to go by whatever yall choose, don't care THAT much.

    Rules:
    8 man draft
One franchise per person, draft order will be randomly determined
No repeat players, draft will be serpentine style. 1 MVP if applicable, 3 allstars (including your MVP) or 4 all-stars if no MVP is applicable.
Player selected will be version that played for that team, not their prime (i.e. Vince Carter for Kings is not Raptors/Nets Vinsanity)
Unlimited awards can be selected outside of MVP and All-Star (i.e. DPOY, MIP, etc.)
Coach will be selected same as players (must have coached for squad)
Must have 2 years with team to be eligible (coach and player)

I didn't get the notification from that @ list, as usual. Clutch must have put me on some black list of people who won't get notifications.

so franchises will be randomized too, or do we get to pick a franchise in that order?
