    ...Ryan Anderson.

According to Matt Bullard, no player has one-on-one plays against him more than RA, and he kept opposing players shoot % at 28.9%. While he can't give you flashy blocks or well timed steals, at least in this season he has been a good positional defender. Paired with his 36% 3-point shooting with high volume, I don't think we can easily find an upgrade. So show some love to Mr. 20 mil !

Ryan got that dad strength going on. Be tall. Get stronger every year. Maintain position and put your hands up. Easy 1, 2, 3.

Honestly ryan anderson is starting to grow on me.... i thought he was going to be the same dud but I think marriage helped him grow a pair. It might have been the first game where something clicked in his head and he decided he could do more than just shoot threes. He got on Curry and helped us win that game. The man played for a Van Gundy. Something must have caught on!

He's doing great because I yelled out at him from my car: "best of luck Ryan!" as he was crossing Shepherd on Sunset Blvd. He, wife and the baby were on a walk around Rice's outer loop around 6 pm on 9/28.

    He responded with "Thank you!"

We're in for a treat of a season folks. You're welcome.

Defense is up, shooting is down. It's either one or the other haha ;) He's lost weight and definitely more mobile, but of course these stupid referees go by image and reputation so they still treat him like he's not a good defender. He's moving laterally very well and standing up straight yet still gets tons of fouls called. That is the reason NBA referees are far from the best, they don't go by what they see.

This plus 1. I also do think the marriage angle has him more focused and he knows he was almost dealt because he was seen as "the weak link" (that has him motivated to prove many of us wrong) ;)

I heard that he became a seasoned post defender by rubbing Tony Chachere’s all over his body during warm ups:eek:

Ask yourself this. If the game comes down to 2-3 minutes .... do you want Anderson out there guarding any good player?

10/10 ppl will say hell no.

If Tucker is doing Mr Marcus like scenes with a cheerleader in the back and Anderson is forced to guard Draymond. Are you confident?

    Good point.

    Or

Green is all the way at the half court line guarding Anderson’s brick. Which leads to a layup : dunk on the next possession.
