I think we do but you have to take CP3's age into consideration and the fact that our duo has yet to play a real game together. Boy there are some nasty backcourts out there. My top 5 backcourts in order are...

    1. Harden & Paul
    2. Wall & Beal
    3. Curry & Thompson
    4. Lillard & McCollum
    5.Lowry & Derozan

Honorable Mentions: Teague & Butler, Walker & Batum, Bledsoe & Booker

^ I would move Curry and Thompson up a notch. ESPN would move Steph and Klay up to #1, #2, AND #3, and push us down to #5.

Right now, you just cannot make that claim. Number 1 is still Curry-Klay and that’s it. Harden and CP3 as far as talent are above the rest easily so they will challenge them for the throne.

What about Westbrick and PG if PG moves to the 2

Good point. I had Roberson at the 2 for them but if they play PG13 at the 2 I guess they move to the top portion of the list.

Far and away..Without even playing a game, POTENTIALLY the best of all time, for awhile.

Remember...MDA, the PG Whisperer/guru will maximize/ multiply the incredible talent that's already there.

How can you put Wall and Beal ahead of Curry and Klay?

We have the most talented backcourt, if they mesh well then they will be the best as well pretty easily. Harden is a top 5 player, and CP3 could have top 5 player impact in MDA's system.

I guess my hate for the Warriors is showing through. But I really do like Wall's game. I think he has the potential to be the next great PG and Beal isn't bad.

In terms of talent Harden and Cp3 should be no 1, but they have yet to play together so how can you say they are better than Klay and Curry?

    1. Curry and Klay
    2. Harden and Cp3 (for now)
    3. Westbrick and PG
    4. Wall and Beal
    5. Irving and Tatum

If you put mediocre at best players at 3,4,5 Steph and Klay would be even farther down on the list. They fit in a system that brings out their talents to the max. Players like Harden and CP3 are the system.

Then they get +5 games at minimum on their current trajectory.

As far as individual talent, Curry/Klay is #5 because Klay is the worst player out of all the players listed.

But they have the best synergy though which makes them #2 in effectiveness.
