This season is collapsing under the weight of lowered expectations.

Combine that with him saying to Glazer that it was a bad concussion, he's done here

Yeah this is a blessing in disguise for him and the team. I mean, the PED use isn't good for him but he has had so many injuries and concussions (this one being "bad") he needs to think about his long term health.

Team wise all he has real.y provided is leadership because his play on the field has not been good. Right now they need speed more than leadership from their linebackers.

Has all the signs of a conspiracy to keep the Texans down.

what's the saying, once an over trainer, always an over trainer. This should be his statement. Pay me for it, cushing's team.

"I'm sorry but I couldn't handle life without football. It's the only thing I know. When I was diagnosed without knees by the kubiak medical staff, I had lost all hope. I tried rehabbing the traditional way but it wasn't getting me anywhere. When someone suggested I take ________ to keep playing and help prolong my career, I took the ___________ I then became addicted. I've disgraced my team, jj watt, mr. mcnair, and rick smith. I would like to announce I'm stepping down and I do like starbucks."
    Godspeed.

Clearly he saw the writing on the wall, and tried to recapture the fountain of youth.
