I'm tired of waiting for guys like Capela and Zhou Qi to put on muscle. Jordan Bell would be another name to add to that list. At this point I want a player who already has some weight on his frame, so skill development can be the major focus rather than strength training. Perhaps a better comparison for Swanigan is Zach Randolph with his size, limited defensive ability, and impressive rebounding.
Yes that's a pretty good comparable. If Swanigan developed into Zach he'd be a good player. But in my opinion just another good player. One key that championship teams have is good paint defense. We're in Hardens prime. We need to solve the paint defense issue and Swanigan can no way no how defend NBA 4's. That makes him essentially a bad defensive 5. Which doesn't work for championship teams.
Milton Doyle is a classic 2K name. All we need is a guy with a name like "Lavon" who's inexplicably white or a black guy with a red afro.
http://www.syracuse.com/orangebaske..._talks_interesting_nba_draft_workout_det.html Andrew White is currently auditioning for NBA teams. The former Syracuse basketball guard/forward has so far visited four NBA franchises with more workouts planned before the June 22 NBA Draft. We spoke this morning about some of the interesting details of these workouts and of the process itself. White will be providing a weekly roundup of cool stuff he's done on these trips to NBA cities to impress NBA executives. This week, he played for personnel from the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Houston Rockets. White's agent, Adie von Gontard, said White has at least nine more workouts planned.
Back when Radoslav (Rasho) Nesterovic was still in the NBA many years ago, I remember that my NBA2K game generated a random player named "Radoslav West." The software probably combined Nesterovic with Delonte West.
I usually have one or two MyCareer accounts going at anytime. And I've noticed my last name (Parks) will come up a lot in the draft classes.

And this will somehow prevent Les Alexander from shutting it down or Commissioner Adam Silver for negotiating him to shut the team down because the Rockets are not worthy of generating adequate revenue for the Play Offs and Finals? So where does that leave the average Rocket Fan?
http://www.csnmidatlantic.com/washi...melo-trimble-would-love-play-hometown-wizards Tuesday was [Melo] Trimble's third NBA workout. He's already met with the Nets and Bulls and will next visit the Sixers (on June 4) and Rockets (June 5).
Morey will draft who the numbers tell him to draft - period - real or imaginary... its all about the numbers...
Looking at the various mock draft boards they have the Rockets drafting with their two second round picks, Kuzma (PF), Brooks (SF), Bolden (PF) and Peters (PF). There was a mock draft having us draft two guards, but given how solid we are at the guard spot. I did not take that seriously unless we trade one of our guards. Bolden and Brooks are intriguing to me because of their shooting range. Kuzma has impressed at the draft combine so he may be out of reach and Peters has been described as a smaller version of Ryan Anderson.
