We have an offensive rating of 111.7 in this series tho which is 4th in the playoffs behind Cleveland, GS, and San Antonio. Our regular season offensive rating was 111.8 which was 2nd in the NBA. Our offensive efficiency is this high in the playoffs while we're shooting a blistering 32% from 3 and taking 7 less 3 point attempts per game than we did during the regular season. We have made up for the lack of 3 point shooting by relentlessly attacking the rim and getting to the line.

What about it? Is that supposed to somehow excuse him almost torpedoing their chance to repeat? Am I supposed to forgive him because it didn't? Or am I suppose to stand with the guys who put the team ahead their egos and showed the world that they had "The Heart Of A Champion"? Because that's something that Maxwell knows NOTHING about. **** him!

should put a championship trophy in there instead, Harden at least has a chance to maybe get one someday...the media will never give him an MVP :(

We're not going to see a repeat of Game 1 again. That was a game of two teams feeling each other out and then Billy Donovan made adjustments.

OKC is pretty smart. They figured out 2 < 3 and therefore are guarding the 3, forcing the Rockets to manufacture points at the basket and foul line. Thankfully it's working well enough to win, but barely.

D'Antoni needs to look at the rotation performances and make a much needed change in the starting lineup. If he does not, expect another game (for the 4th time in a row) where the Rockets get off to a horrible start and then spend the rest of the game trying to claw and fight back.

Can we just bookend this series with another blow out win please. I am tired of these sloppy games where we have to scrape and claw our way back leaving it in the hands of the refs.

it would be nice if D'antoni would the start the game off with this

    Harden
    Bev
    Gordon
    Ariza
    Capela

Our starting lineup has been getting killed and is constantly getting off to a slow start. OKC has such a speed and athleticism advantage. Replacing Ryno with Gordon would open up the offense because Gordon is at least a threat to drive and make a play when closed out on as opposed to Ryno who becomes useless and immediately has to hold the ball and try and get it back out to Harden.

Harden says that his ankle is fine. It might still be bothering him, but I'd like to see him push the pace more often. There's too many possessions where we're not even getting into our stuff until there's 15-16 seconds left on the shot clock.

If Capela is playing soft in the paint and not being effective, then Mike should be quick to bring in Nene.

Can our shooters please just show up for the 1st time in this series? If we have 1 of those games where we hit 15+ threes then this will be a nice, boring win.

It wouldn't surprise me if we see hack-a-Capela.

I doubt it. Donovan probably wants D'Antoni to keep Capela in the game. Hack him intentionally and it could lead to Nene subbing in for him.

If it comes down to needing to slow our momentum or desperation to get back in the game..

i would probably lean towards the hack a strategy not working out too well for teams trying to do on another player's home court that's actually at the very least an ok shooter. Obviously the atmosphere isn't as much of a factor.
