Young has a nice little list of suitors. Cavs, Wiz, Rockets, Grizz.

    Williams: Jazz, Wiz, Cavs, Miami

Lakers trying to get a first before the deadline to attach to a package for PG13/Butler.

MDA is right about Nick Young.

This team needs another chucker whose never afraid to shoot.

If there is a deal to be done by the Rox before the deadline, this is the one they should.

Just a first in general Plow... Not necessarily for Young. For Williams its more feasible.

Lou Williams price is probably too high, but he would be a nice fit at back up PG and give Bev some rest. Nick Young doesn't make too much sense imo since we have Gordon.

A first for a back up player is insane. Morey will not invest a first for a back up to a back up.

Ok but what about KJ, Ennis and a 2nd? That's like three for one.

But honestly, I don't think we have a lot to offer in trades. Our main salary matching piece isn't expiring and shouldn't be playing in the NBA. Maybe I'm just being too pessimistic but I don't see anything major happening. Who knows...Morey has pulled rabbits out of his hat in the past.

I like this if the Lakers take Brewer off our hands in addition to the first.

i agree. i'd give up our first if they did the following trade:

    1st round pick / brewer / KJ

    for

Calderon (expiring) / young / 2nd round pick.

we're gonna have to pay someone to take brewer this summer in order to clear up cap space. might as well pay the lakers as a one-stop-shop.

Lakers need to just go ahead and do this trade and we will give them a 1st, 2nd and rights to Llull and Gentile. They can tank all the way up to that 1st pick in the draft this year and next.

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=j5dg9xp

    Rockets Rotation:

    Harden/Bev
    Gordon/L. Williams
    Ariza/N.Young
    Anderson/Dekker
    Capela/Nene/Harrell

The starting lineup gets more fire power with Gordon in it. Bev moves to the second unit to control Young and WIlliams, but there fire power with Dekker's hustle will be hard for other teams to match. We could surprise in the playoffs, and go for another Big after any buyouts, or in the offseason.

    Who says NO?

Nick Young is shooting 41% on 3 with 7 attempts per game.... also his defense is good this year.

All for most of this except for waiting for a big. We will get beat in the first round without a defensive BIG to off-set Memphis or Utah bigs who will destroy us even more in the playoffs when you are allowed to mug Harden any time he steps inside the 3 point line.

That's pretty funny how it subtracts 20 wins for the lakers. Lol

They want to lose so maybe they should do it lol

Utah is scary I agree but not Memphis.

We've had not problem scoring against them at all

Lol, IKR. Another poster pointed that out too. They have only what...27 games left? So losing 20 would almost make them a lock for the #1 pick! THEY SHOULD DEFINITELY DO THIS DEAL! :D

Can Nick Young play a sneaky 4 spot... When Decker and Anderson shots are not falling?
