I just said I was done talking grammar in the post you quoted, but you suggesting I eat a dick is the upmost disrespect. Meet me by the street light or the fire hydrant. You got me messed up. I'm inspired by what I watched last night. The Rockets don't take crap from anybody so I won't either. I got flagrant fouls and I'm ready to hand them out. Clutch better give me a tech right now.

Just speculating: Maybe Arize was swearing at him in response to a hard/dirty play, and he responded with something like "Do you talk like that around your wife and kids?"

I'm I the only one just happy they got out of this game without an injury. Just felt like if there was an opportunity to injure someone, the Mavs might have done it.

As entertaining as all of this is, it does feel overblown at this point.

It's a function of winning. If you cant talk about basketball-related problem areas you dig for drama. Congratulations.

You're probably right, but it's really cool to know that everyone on this team has each other's back, inlcuding Harden who also waited for outside the Mavs locker room. I love the fight in this team

If this were last years team, everyone would be cowering in shame and accepting the insult.

Is there any way I can filter out "upmost" and "utmost" from this thread so I can read about WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED instead of an argument over grammar?

    kthxbi

something that irked me last year, when DMO got shoved by Draymond in the first game of the playoffs, all we did was just stand pat, no ounce of fight in them, this year seems different, everyone has each others back.

"Upmost" is going to be my new favorite clutchfans meme. I'm getting that same chuckle in the back of my throat I get whenever I see "Yule C".

We did it clutchfans, we did it again.

Yeah I agree I would hope Ariza and the team wouldn't start a fight over that. Something serious must have been said.

Well, some people go off if their family is mentioned in any way, especially when their competitive juices are flowing. And does Mejri have a strong accent? Maybe he said something that wasn't a big deal, but Ariza heard something else.

Yeah something really serious must have really been said. Now why was that said in the first place is the real question we probably wont ever know. But its all good, we beat a team we were supposed to beat, gotta focus on LA now.
