There is a method to RL's madness. I'm afraid. The idea being flood the board with endless accusations of fraud in the hopes of putting doubts into people's mind and de-legitimizing Ms. Clinton's (possible) win. We've seen the groundwork laid for months from the trump supporters and Trump himself.
