Yeah, it's 34.7% from 3. We shot 27% in the playoffs. We do need better three point shooters than last year and now we have them.
Wiltjer shooting his 3's from 4-8 feet behind the arc means one of two things: 1. He's wide open for the shot. Or 2. He has taken a defender so far away from the play that there is zero chance for recovery. The game has become 4 on 4. If I'm Morey I'm giving this man a roster spot. He has Curry range and accuracy in a 6-10 frame. And if his weakness is post defense ........ well in today's game that's fine. That's fewer 3-ball shots and pick-and-rolls we have to defend. His opponent will have to shoot around 65% on post ups to offset his 3-ball and the spacing he provides.
This guy needs to be on our summer league: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">DUNK OF THE YEAR??<a href="https://t.co/UnSefg0hH2">https://t.co/UnSefg0hH2</a></p>— Sportando (@Sportando) <a href="https://twitter.com/Sportando/status/752406746015100928">July 11, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
this summer league is straight dumpster juice, cant even watch how awful it is. its like watching the chuck fest at the local 24 hr fitness
Onuaku's scouting report stated that he had bad hands. Well I can confirm that the kids hands are worst than bad. Why would the Rockets draft this guy? It's time for les to fire the Rockets scouting staff and hire guys who got an eye for real talent.
